The Memo

The following memorandum was sent to President Donald Trump shortly after his inauguration. It informed him about the illegal targeting programs in the US and asked him to put a stop to those those criminal programs.

The memo is primarily the work of Ramola D, with the rest of the Joint Investigation Team supporting her endeavour. The original memo was sent with 46 high profile signatories, by now there are 150 people with high accolades who have added their signature. Trump vows to fight trafficking

Just weeks later on 23rd February 2017, President Donald Trump called a press conference and vowed to fight the “human trafficking epidemic”.


Executive Order 13818

On 21st December, in time for a Christmas present to the world, President Trump determined that “serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States” and thereby declared “a national emergency to deal with that threat” in his Executive Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption.

National Slavery & Human Trafficking Prevention Month

In time for the New Year, President Trump promptly proclaimed January 2018 as National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month, stating that “Human trafficking is a sickening crime at odds with our very humanity. An estimated 25 million people are currently victims of human trafficking for both sex and labor”. Click below for details:
