Horst Kümmer, Switzerland

Horst Kümmer, to whom reference is made in the email by Jochen Lambert above, and whom Jochen Lambert appears to have met regularly, was part of the first chip scanning in Belgium which Dr. Horton was invited to by Melanie Vritschan. That scanning failed because the bug detector device brought by Horst Kümmer had not been charged sufficiently before the scanning and he didn’t bring the charger. Based on the failure of the first scanning and the subsequent attempts by Horst Kümmer to blame Dr. Horton for it in order to put a strain on her working relationship with Melanie Vritschan, Dr. Horton concluded that Horst Kümmer in turn is a psychological warfare operative and an agent saboteur.

Spam Email Terror

From 15 March 2017 to 9 November 2018 (at the time of writing), Jochen Lambert sent Dr. Horton over 403 unsolicited emails (164 to Dr. Horton’s private email and 239 to Dr. Horton’s address contact@stop007.org). This means that over that period of 604 days, Dr. Horton was spammed by Jochen Lambert every 1-2 days. In actual fact, several emails would arrive scattered throughout the day with a few days off.

The content of the emails were only tangentially related to targeting and seemed to follow a “bad news” reinforcement programming that several German Intel accounts appeared to engage in. These accounts would literally spam the victims day-in day-out and it would be impossible to get off these lists. Other people who engaged in this type of carefully crafted psychological terrorism against victims were the “Betroffenengruppe” spam emails of Georg Pickner and Horst Kümmer, see below. Curiously, Jochen Lambert and Horst Kümmer appeared to know each other and spend time together.

Denigrating Emails Targeted at Dr. Horton

The actions of Jochen Lambert culminated in an email of open harassment and denigration asking if Dr. Horton “could come in a bikini once a month to scrub down [Horst Kümmer] in the shower”. The original email and the English translation are below.

After receiving the following offensive and denigrating email from Jochen Lambert on 9 November 2018, Dr. Horton requested never to be contacted again.

Dr. Horton wrote back to state that Jochen Lambert’s email was harassing and denigrating and requested that he never contact her again. In the reply that Jochen Lambert sent he revealed another two aliases Duden Dude and Kurt Bundle that he used for the harassment of Dr. Horton. Those messages and the special sexist domains they had are shown below.

Access to Dr. Horton’s private communication

In the same email above, sent on 7th November 2018, Lambert made an emphasised references to a horse care video, typing the words “horse video” in bold face. This is a highly unusual reference in itself, which looked even more like targeted Intel harassment given the fact that Dr. Horton had been out interacting with a few horses and watching several YouTube videos about horses and their body language afterwards on her personal computer via the CIA-connected YouTube service in the days leading up to the email. From the Snowden leaks it is known that GCHQ, the British digital surveillance agency, is collecting all the private details from Youtube. So, it is to be determined if the harassment by Jochen Lambert was based on access to private surveillance of Dr. Horton when she was out and about or on the access to the GCHQ/NSA mass surveillance data that told him what she was looking at online.

It should also be noted that in his email Jochen Lambert emphasised certain words in bold face that were clearly aimed at being noted. The emphasised sums of 1200 Euros and 600 Euros are the precise sums that had to be raised through crowd-funding to pay for the body chip scanning in Belgium.

The remark “#SugarDaddy” in that email is implying that Dr. Horton would have to render sexual services in return for the money, demoting her to the level of a prostitute. Furthermore, “Sugar Daddy” is a term quoted from private exchanges that Dr. Horton had and signals to her that Jochen Lambert has access to the private correspondence of Dr. Horton. This implies that Jochen Lambert has been given access to the NSA mass surveillance data by German Intel BND.

Harassment with Sexist Aliases

Further evidence for Jochen Lambert being a harasser hired by German Intel arises out of the fact that for his harassment emails that he sent under 2 aliases he registered specific domains with the aim of targeting Dr. Horton with sexist mocking domains like women-at-work.org and alphafrau.de (“alpha woman” with domain .de for Germany), see below. A private individual would not go through the bother of registering domains for the harassment, not least because each domain comes with a link to the name and address of the owner. In contrast, private harassment emails tend to be those that can be opened in ostensible anonymity.

Kurt.Bundle@women-at-work.org

From 20 May to 12 October 2018, Jochen Lambert sent 7 emails under the alias “Kurt BUNDLE” which is again a German word play on the English term “court bundle” and was again aimed at mocking the court efforts as his other emails referring to the affidavits as “AffenDavids“, see below. In an email from 19 April 2018, he revealed that he is the identity behind the alias by quoting the name in an email.

The email he created for the purposes of harassment had the domain women-at-work.org and was a clear misogynistic mockery of Dr. Horton and perhaps also of the all-female Joint Investigation Team and their all-female weekly broadcasts on YouTube called the Techno Crime Fighters’ Forum.

The harassment emails were mostly in English, though the second one in the series sent a link to an article in German, thus confirming that the sender spoke German.

Duden.Dude@alphafrau.de

On 26 August 2018 and on 24 January 2019, Dr. Horton received spam emails from Jochen Lambert under the alias “Duden Dude”, whereby the Duden is a German language dictionary. This is an alias that Lambert mentioned in previous communication when he replied to Dr. Horton’s request to stop contacting her, see above.

Again, he used a special domain alphafrau.de (“alpha woman” with domain .de for Germany) targeted at Dr. Horton and mocking the fact that she is trying to organise the court efforts to stop the genocide contacted by the Secret Services. These sexist emails are typical for this feckless loser.

Mocking the Court Preparations

This was not the first time Jochen Lambert sent denigrating messages to Dr. Horton. Previously, on 17 May 2018, he had mocked the affidavit template that Dr. Horton had devised calling it “AffenDavids”, a German word play on the expression affidavits in English, which translates back as “monkey Davids”. The connotations of the word play is that victims writing an affidavit are monkeys and that they are in the role of David in a David vs Goliath setting. The truth is that victims vastly outnumber government personnel. So it is actually a majority bearing down their force on a minority.

Jochen Lambert’s suggestions in that email for items to add to the affidavit were related to his underpants and excrement, thereby revealing that his sick mind neither comprehends the seriousness of the victims’ situation nor affords them any empathy. This is typical for the perpetrators, who are usually hired based on sexual perversions or mental degeneracy.

In Dr. Horton’s experience, the agents from German Secret Services are really in a class of their own regarding the degeneracy of their communications. It is the combination of the mental illness that was rife in the German Gestapo and the East German Stasi that clearly combined to make modern German Intel into that dross that it is today.

Refusal to Stop Spamming

Throughout the spamming and harassment campaign of Jochen Lambert, Dr. Horton requested repeatedly to be taken off the email list and not to be contacted again. All request were ignored. Dr. Horton sent a final request to be left alone on 26 January 2019.

Georg Pickner, Betroffenengruppe für TIs

Spam Email Terror

Under the email “Betroffenengruppe für TIs in Deutschland ” (Affected group for TIs in Germany), Dr. Horton received 1064 unsolicited emails from the first on 6 March 2017 to 9 November 2018. This is 2.5 times as many ad Dr. Horton received from Jochen Lambert. While this was on average 2 unsolicited emails per day, on some days it was up to 11 emails (27 Jan 2018) and on many days 5-7 emails. See sample evidence below.

The content of the emails was targeted mostly at a large group of people who were classed as victims. Occasionally, emails were directed at Dr. Horton herself. However as the email list did not have any topical structure or discernible goal to stop the criminality or network with victims to organise public outreach campaigns, its main purpose appeared to be to frighten and traumatise victims with non-stop messages of victimhood and suffering.

Another effect that appeared to be carefully crafted instead of being the result of innocent choices was the continuous subliminal messaging to the victims that they were “Betroffene” (those affected) and members of an “Opfergruppe” (group of victims). No other victims of crime (rape, burglary or violent assault) would receive 5-11 reminders per day that they were victims of crime. So, these non-stop messages were highly unusual psychological warfare operations.

Dr. Horton’s repeated requests to be removed from this email list were ignored or even countered with emotional blackmail and attempts at psychological manipulation by the owner of the email list, a man named Georg. See correspondence below. Melanie Vritschan also confirmed in writing that her repeated requests to be removed from the list had also been ignored.

So overall after observing this email spamming for over 1.5 years, Dr. Horton concluded that this was a psychological warfare unit paid for by German Secret Services with the goals of perpetuating victimhood, organising work for otherwise feckless informants drawing tax benefits and dissipating Secret Service funds.

Note that in the days between these samples the emails were coming at a similar rate with on average 2 spam emails per day.

Spam Emails Throughout 2018

The total number of emails was over 1000. These are the last 400 that were sent in 2018. The remaining over 600 emails were all sent in 2017 starting from the 6th March 2017, thus the rate of emails was significantly higher in 2017.

Refusal to Stop Spamming

Just like Jochen Lambert above, Georg Pickner also refused to stop spamming Dr. Horton despite her repeated requests. Here are the

Volkhard Zukale’s Nonsense Emails

Volkhard Zukale is a German who apparently lives in Austria after being targeted by German authorities with harassment. Or so the story goes. Dr. Horton had received emails from this man by being copied into email exchanges that were actually aimed at Melanie Vritschan and Horst Kümmer.

The first email by Volkhard Zukale that Dr. Horton received on 16 October 2018 stretched over 16 pages and comprised an endless flow of nonsensical babbling. The subsequent email reply to Melanie the following day ran over 9 pages, a follow on reply the same day over 6 pages. Every time, the volume of text one has to read to get to the point is astounding and hard to comprehend how it could be produced by a person without an ulterior motive of wasting the reader’s time.

On 17th June 2019, coincidentally (?) exactly on the same day of the month as the last email 8 months prior, Volkhard Zukale blasted Dr. Horton with a volley of nonsensical emails, including also Melanie Vritschan. This time, the emails ran to 6 pages, 2 pages with a 14 page PDF document with nonsensical red highlights and 1.5 pages, see below. The email correspondence was so nonsensical that it was mentioned in this broadcast by Dr. Horton entitled Cartel Messages & Intel Agents Unmasked (Stop 007).

Jens Krause

On 25th January 2019, the German account named Jens Krause, who might be a real-life disinfo agent or a psyop team account name, was trying to conduct a psychological operation comparing Dr. Horton to the people in the Warsaw ghetto. He was trying to get her to stop fighting back and accept her non-stop physical mutilation. He pointed out how the Polish resistance failed, thus implying that the current holocaust victims will also fail. This is trying to evoke psychological terror by inducing the victims to believe that they will be also slaughtered in their individualised concentration camps like the victims in the Warsaw. By putting it in writing and even including his phone number one can use a discovery process in court to obtain this psychological warfare operative’s IP address and identify. After Dr. Horton published that email in her Holocaust Diary. The agent replied back with the phrase “Oh-oh!“, see below. Then another 2 spam messages followed, spamming Dr. Horton with 5 unsolicited messages that day.

Listing the emails from this individual, Dr. Horton realised that this is one of those accounts that has been spamming her with unrelated stuff trying to involve her in a conversation to waste her time.

Maria Leon: Threats, Smears by Association

The following Intel agent email shows a common strategy of agent saboteurs. Initial contact with Dr. Horton is made via a trusted prior contact, namely Kevin Annett, who is asked to forward a supposedly important message. The initial message is laden with spelling mistakes and the cover-story is already non-sensical. (Canadian native who was born in the Dominican Republic? Rrrrright.)

Then upon a basic reply to a question, which is in itself wasting time, the agent sends a harassment email to Canadian politicians banding Dr. Horton’s name about. This latter email is littered with spelling mistakes, presumably to use this as cartel-signalling to any possible insider politicians not to take the email on face-value and instead look for a cartel-style double-meaning.

The possible double meaning is a threat to arrange a “legal stay”, as in a detention by authorities, for Dr. Horton. The removal of chips was neither asked for nor is it appropriate for anyone to talk about in Dr. Horton’s name. This shows the utter degeneracy and attempt at humiliation of this criminal agent. Overall, the intention appears to be to sully Dr. Horton’s name with the Canadian authorities.

Importantly, the agent is using insider info as Dr. Horton had only agreed 5 days prior in a private conversation with Kevin Annett after their interview on the 11th of June to appear as an expert witness about Intel-style abuse in a common law court case organised by Kevin Annett. Only Kevin Annett and people he might have mentioned this to are aware of this as Dr. Horton had not spoken about it to anyone.

Cyber Operatives

“Greg”‘s Intel Agent Echos (for time-wasting)

The following set of emails are an example of the Intel agencies’ use of Plausible Deniability to waste victims’ time by forcing them to read pointless emails, answer pointless questions or be exposed to an echo of what they are doing anyway. While at first the content of the email from “Greg” seems to be an innocent suggestion, it is reinforced as time-wasting harassment when an identical message is sent again the following day.

What should also be noted is that a follower of Dr. Horton who would not be aware that she had interviewed him several times already (with the last broadcast just 5 days before the first email), would include a description of who Kevin Annett is. Instead, the first email follows the usual script of
(a) agreeing with Dr. Horton,
(b) requesting something already happening,
(c) finishing off with praise.

“William Scott”‘s Dick Pic

The account williamrufusscottiii@gmail.com sent me nude images including a penis shot.

Again, the email and the images are full of references to my work.

Note:

1. The email address contains “iii”, where “i” is a reference to “eye”, as in “All-Seeing Eye”.
2. The tattoo on the chest shows a scale, as used to represent the scales of justice. No one tattoos something like that on their chest. However, as it happens, I am in the process of preparing court cases.
3. The eyes are glowing fluorescent blue. It just so happens that I have been informing people about eye implants that glow fluorescent green under UV light.
4. The second image shows paintings with a chequered pattern in the background, strongly reminiscent of Masonic tiling. The head tilt of the man in the images points at the paintings.
5. The penis shot has another inlay with the scales of justice.
6. In all the images, the eyes have a dead and psychopathic look.

So this is a threat, either that I will be raped if I travel to London (victims are raped by agents at night who break into homes and hotel rooms) or something along the lines of “the justice system, controlled by Masons, will fuck you”.
